Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my files after paying?
Right after your payment is confirmed you are taken to your order page with a download button for each product. We also email you the same private link.
Can I download again later?
Yes. Use the link from your order page or email. Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times and the link stays valid for a limited time. If you run out, contact us on Discord or Telegram.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital files, refunds are not offered once the files are delivered, except for a demonstrable delivery error (corrupt or incomplete file). Contact us and we will fix it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and PayPal, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
